- Choose a course. Each course page states what is covered, the fee and how long access lasts.
- Create an account and pay. Sign up with an email address and pay by one of the methods offered at checkout.
- Start learning. Access begins as soon as payment is successful, on the website and the app.
Questions learners ask
How soon does access begin after payment?
Access is activated automatically when payment is successful, normally within a few minutes, and a confirmation is sent to the registered email address. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
How long does access to a course last?
For the access period stated on that course's page at the time of purchase, counted from the date of enrolment.
Are fees refundable?
Fees are not refundable, except where a programme is cancelled by The ShriGuru Network, a payment is taken twice or in excess, or access is not provided because of a fault on the platform's side. The Refund and Cancellation Policy gives the details.
Which language are the courses in?
The courses are taught mainly in Tamil.
Can courses be watched on a phone?
Yes. Courses can be watched on the website and on the platform's mobile and desktop applications.
Can learners outside India pay?
Fees are charged in Indian Rupees. Learners outside India can pay with an internationally enabled card where the payment gateway supports it. The Pricing Policy explains this.
