1. Digital delivery only
The ShriGuru Network sells online courses only. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charge applies.
2. When access begins
Access to a recorded course is activated automatically when payment is successful, normally within a few minutes. A confirmation is sent to the registered email address. The course then appears in the Learner's account on www.shriguru.online and in The ShriGuru Network applications.
3. Live programmes
For a live programme, the joining details are made available in the Learner's account or sent to the registered email address or mobile number before the session.
4. If access does not arrive
If access is not available within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@shriguru.online or call +91 98401 30156 with the registered email address or mobile number and the payment reference. Access problems are handled as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Access period
Access continues for the period stated on the course page at the time of purchase, counted from the date of enrolment.
